Mercury Fashion show, backstage
I’m fascinated by female culture and, as an extent of it, by the rituals of transformation I witness backstage at fashion shows.
I shot these photos as part of an assignment for the Mercury, a Portland alternative newspaper, before their annual fashion show featuring independent Portland designers.
