My latest fake band name is “Technical Difficulties”.
So at first even the catchlight on my 580EX worked and thankfully I had lipstick on my teeth.

Many people had yet to show up but Genevieve was flawless (sweet water cooler, too):

Very frustrating and to get it fixed is supposed to take weeks. Or maybe I’ll get a 40D because I like to buy new cars when the ashtray is full.

I tried using the on-camera flash which was, as some might say, a deep bummer.

Flatness ensued. But I loved the evening and Holocene as usual. Scott was super sweet about the whole thing.
