• Simian Mobile Disco, Dave P, Linger & Quiet, 4/25, Holocene

  Simian Mobile Disco + Holocene + my Portland family = best night of the year… so far. Unfortunately one roll of film got lost in the shuffle.

  I know I need a better scanner, but I’m excited about what I’m getting from the Yashica.

• Situations

  Nathan asked me to take pictures for his new party Situations. I don’t feel like these are very cohesive as a whole, and I could have pushed them way further, but I got there too late because of the Yelle show and these are more of a pre-Kills show tryout.

• soul night

  I bought a Yashica T4 Super point-and-shoot on Ebay last week, went to Soul Night with Desiree and Brighid and shot these.

  Je viens d’acheter un Yashica T4 Super sur Ebay (un petit appareil photo à pellicule tout simple mais assez légendaire) et ai pris des photos de Desiree et Brighid un soir où on était sorties.

• Everything I eat - Day 1

  Starting today, I am going to be documenting everything I eat for a week in a visual food diary. You know it’s going to start really pretty and turn into Haagen-Dazs Pomegranate Chip, Taco Bell and 4-am spaghetti in the microwave (this may or may not ever have happened).

  A partir d’aujourd’hui et pendant une semaine, je vais photographier tout ce que je mange. Tout. Ca devrait être intéressant, révélateur ? et si bien sûr ça commence avec de jolies salades bio, je finirai sûrement par être démasquée comme une mangeuse de Taco Bell et glace Haagen-Dazs à 4 heures du mat.
